We found a house that we wanted to look at and Dwayne was the first realtor to respond to us and get us in the house. We knew it was going to be hard but had no idea just how hard. Dwayne walked us through every step, from financing to signing. The home buying market was tough we were being out bid every time we turned around. Professional! My husband and I live in Steubenville OH. Retiring in November of 2022 to Grove City to be close to our grandchildren. Dewayne found our perfect condo and made it so easy for my husband and I to buy out of town! In fact the night that we saw the Condo, Dewayne put us in touch with a mortgage lender we set up with driving home down Interstate 70. He was always in touch and everyone he knew was top of the line too. From house inspection he handled that too and thru modern technology we were able to FaceTime the inspection. FaceTime again on the closing and keys in the mail. From start to finish best realtor ever !

Dewayne & his team started my “new home” journey at the end of October. Found my forever home quickly & the process went very fast. I didn’t have to do any but sign documents as needed.
Unfortunately I suffered an injury at work & that made things a bit more difficult! However, Dewayne & his team never gave up & worked with the lender & the seller to make sure this sale happened!
